Thank you for coming to visit, here's some information about me that might help you decide if I could be a good person to support you.
I am a London (UK) based BACP Registered Accredited Humanistic Counsellor (MBACP), Senior Lecturer / primary tutor at Metanoia Institute (for the BSc (Hons) Humanistic Counselling), and Clinical Trial Therapist working in clinical trials investigating the use of psychoactive substances for mental health conditions.
My approach to therapy is one of holism and creativity; using inspiration and intuition to raise awareness of the intricate dance of mind and consciousness, body, energy, emotions and spirit, and of human beings in relationship with each other. I offer an inclusive, anti-oppressive practice, honouring difference and seeking to find growth through relationship. My specialist areas of interest are the impact of the menstrual cycle on emotions, and the profound changes sometimes experienced following expanded, altered or non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Several other modalities inform my practice however I no longer offer these as services, including Reiki (Master/Teacher), Equine Massage Therapy, and Holistic Massage (specialising in womb health).
