For people who menstruate, the cycle can bring up sometimes surprising and often challenging shifts in mood, focus, and general state of wellness. For some people the shifts can be extreme, from feeling on top of the world and full of potential, to feeling suicidal and like it's all too much to bear.
My experience and belief is that each phase of the cycle (follicular, ovulation, luteal, menstrual) has some wisdom to be tapped, something to be learned and applied, and offers an opportunity for exploration, and potential for a different experience in the next cycle.
To support this process I offer a short-term focus of 12 online sessions, to cover three cycles, to be scheduled in line with your own cycle length and frequency, with one session per phase. If you do not experience at least a semi-regular cycle (which might be the case if you are in peri-menopause, or if you have a condition like PCOS), there are options! For example, you may want to explore using the phases of the moon, or, we can work according to your own internal sense of when you might be shifting phases. You and I can discuss what would work best for you.
